• Document will include certification information from Texas.

• Certification remains valid despite the signer's location.

Cost

• General Notarizations via Remote Online Notarizations: Starting at $25 - $35 (depends on signers/notarizations)

• Real Estate Closings via Remote Online Notarizations: Starting at $100 (depends on signers/notarizations)

• Please note that a fee for using a remote online notary platform may be included, as I am automatically charged for each notarization performed through the platform on Notarize.com.

MOBILE NOTARY (we come to you): 

(Travel <mileage>/ Time charges are not statutory fees and are separate from Texas Notary Fees) Please call to go over total fees, as it depends on your zip code.

• One Notarization: $10

• For each additional signature: $1.00

• For each additional Notarization: $10

• Swearing a witness for a deposition: $10.00

• Taking a deposition of a witness (for each 100 words): $0.50

• Certifying a photocopy: $10.00

• If traveling to a place that requires us to pay for parking, we will include that to our fees. 

• We can send Apostilles once notarized via certified mail for additional fees

REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY:

• We will use a 3rd party platform that charges their fees on top of the notarization. Starting at: $25 for the FIRST notarization. 

• You will receive clear instructions on how to begin the process.

•  You MUST use a device with a camera and have valid Identification.

• The video call will be recorded through the platform we will use. 

• Once the document is Digitally notarized, you will receive that document & will have the option to download it.

Texas Notary Public vs. Notario Público

In Texas, a Notary Public is a state-commissioned official who serves as an impartial witness to the signing of important documents. A Texas Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice or represent clients in legal matters. Our role is to verify identity, deter fraud, and ensure that documents are signed willingly and knowingly.

In many Latin American countries, however, a Notario Público is a highly trained attorney with extensive legal authority, including the ability to draft legal documents and provide legal advice. This is very different from the limited role of a Texas Notary Public.

For this reason, we make it clear: We are Texas Notaries Public — not attorneys, not a "Notario Público," and we cannot provide legal services. Our focus is on delivering accurate, professional, and bilingual notarial services for your personal and real estate needs.

Remote Online Notarization for closings are available. Please remember that we must use a 3rd party platform to begin closing. They do have their fees that must be paid.
